A quality privately owned house builder are looking to recruit a Sales Executive for new build housing developments in the Hull areaThe Role:
Sales Executive / Sales Negotiator position. Paying commission, based upon sales completions and customer satisfaction, with a car or mileage allowance. Providing a mobile phone & laptop. This is a full time position with weekend and bank holiday working necessary.
Duties:
Manage on-site sales centres and make customers feel welcome, valued and satisfied with their experience.
Maintain a high standard of presentation for marketing suites and show homes.
Liaise with solicitors, agents, mortgage advisors, site management and customers to take sales reservations and deliver them to a conclusion
Keep up to date with local marketing trends & competitor sales data.
Arrange and accommodate customer appointments, both new and existing.
Manage incoming sales enquiries, ensuring to record customer details and communications and follow up accordingly.
Management of sales CRM, (full training will be provided)
