Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trade to join a busy repairs team working within occupied social housing properties across Teddington.
The RoleAs a Multi-Trade Carpenter, you’ll be responsible for a variety of reactive and planned maintenance tasks within tenants’ homes. Work will include:
Carpentry-focused repairs and installations
Doors, windows, staircases, and internal fittings
Flooring, framework, and general structural carpentry
Minor multi?trade works such as:
Basic plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling and brickwork
Ensuring all work is completed first time, to a high standard, and safely
Maintaining accurate records for audit and compliance
Delivering excellent customer service in occupied homesWhat You’ll Need
Strong background in carpentry with multi?trade experience
Previous experience working within repairs/maintenance (social housing preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently and diagnose issues effectively
A customer?focused approach, with professionalism in occupied properties
Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check (required for the role)Why Apply?
