Real Estate Finance – Core+ Real Estate Valuations & Analytics Analyst
Role and Responsibilities
The Analyst will be part of the Real Estate Finance Core+ team in London, focusing on investment and fund valuations, management analytics, and investor reporting for European funds such as BPPE and BEPIF. Responsibilities include overseeing valuation processes, managing portfolio analytics, collaborating on financial models, engaging with portfolio companies, supporting portfolio analytics, calculating key performance metrics, and participating in automation and reporting enhancements.
Qualifications
We seek highly motivated, analytical professionals with sound judgment and a track record of excellence. Candidates should have:
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance, real estate, or related fields.
* A degree in accounting or finance; Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus. CFA is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, disciplined work ethic, curiosity, teamwork, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
