Starting in mid-2026 we’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team and support us across all areas of HR. This is a varied, fast paced role, ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute, and grow.

What you’ll be doing
* Recruitment and onboarding
o Supporting job postings, screening, interview coordination, new starter paperwork, and induction activities.
* Employee lifecycle administration
o Helping prepare employment documents, updating HR systems, and ensuring accurate employee records.
* Training and development
o Coordinating training sessions, maintaining records, and supporting learning initiatives.
* HR compliance, H&S and reporting
o Producing basic reports, and helping maintain data accuracy.
* Employee experience and engagement
o Supporting wellbeing, communications, events, and engagement activities.
* General HR support
o Providing day to day assistance to the wider HR Team and getting involved in team projects and initiatives.
About you…
* Currently studying a relevant degree with a placement year i.e. Human Resource Management and passionate about developing a career in HR.
* Energetic and quick to learn.
* Strong organisation and communication skills.
* Practical attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

What STIHL offers
* Salary: £24,000.
* Working week: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday.
