Retail Assistant - WHSmith
Shifts: 16 hours per week

Pay: £12.40 per hour

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:
* Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
* Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
* Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer‑centric mindset
* Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
* Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
* Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
* Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
* Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
* Helping prepare the store, ready for the following day’s trade
