Job Description
As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you will lead the quality program and support both in‑house and outsourced fabrication activities.
1. Own and manage the company's Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 standards
2. Lead internal and external audit activities and train internal teams on QMS requirements
3. Develop, implement, and enforce quality standards, documentation, reporting, and inspection processes
4. Conduct on‑site inspections of subcontractor fabrication, performing testing, non‑conformance review, and validation of critical measurements
5. Support Engineering and Project Management to define Inspection & Test Plans and resolve design or fabrication challenges
6. Manage supplier quality, conduct supplier audits, and support new supplier onboarding
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through effective CAPA processes

The Successful Applicant
For the Quality Assurance Specialist we are seeking:
8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
9. 5-7 years' experience in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Project Management within industrial fabrication, metals, or related manufacturing sectors
10. Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and hands‑on experience with fabrication quality, welding processes, and inspection standards
11. Ability to interpret drawings, technical documents, and customer specifications
12. Experience with Non‑Destructive Examination techniques (MT, PT, RT, UT)
13. Strong communicator with the ability to manage through influence and effectively interface with customers
14. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while traveling to fabrication sites
15. A curiosity‑driven, collaborative mindset that values teamwork and continuous improvement
