As a Care assistantyour key responsibilities will include:
* Experience is not essential! Full training and ongoing support is provided
* The ability to engage, listen, and communicate effectively
* Passion about your job, with a person-centred approach to care, encouraging confidence and self-motivation
* Flexibility and adaptability - available to potentially cover sickness and work weekends
* Resilient, calm and able to adhere to agreed process in challenging situations
* Be able to travel to various locations
* You must have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle in order to be considered for this role. If successful, you will be asked to obtain business insurance
* Hourly rate of £14.00 - £21.00 p/h
* 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
