Our client, a well-established company based in Uxbridge, is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their welcoming team. You will report to the Sales Administration Manager, driving and monitoring the sales order process, communicating with customers via phone and email, and ensuring all order procedures are followed to achieve targets and goals through established processes.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Uxbridge with on-site parking.
1. Ensure all orders are processed and completed on time, from customer setup to installation, using two different systems.
2. Provide best practice in order processing to ensure successful task execution.
3. Maintain good communication with the sales team for teamwork, clarity, and issue resolution.
4. Establish a customer-oriented and proactive approach in management and behavior.
5. Maintain good communication skills with customers.
6. Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
7. Possess reasonable system knowledge, including SAP.
8. Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible.
