This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established organisation dedicated to providing high-quality care and support for children and young people with complex needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home — ensuring compliance with Ofsted, promoting safeguarding, and driving positive outcomes for every young person.
