Job Location & Hours
Wolverhampton, full‑time permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support and Integration Officer, you will provide tailored, high‑quality support to help refugees resettle, overcome barriers, and build independent lives in their new communities.
* Complete initial assessments and create personalised support plans.
* Offer practical advice across housing, finances, health, education, employment, and immigration.
* Manage a caseload of tenants and support budgeting, service access, networking, volunteering, training, and navigation of key systems.
* Organise and attend house meetings and visit tenants at home and in the community.
* Make internal and external referrals.
* Organise group activities that strengthen integration and confidence.
* Use Salesforce CRM reports to support effective case management.
* Develop partnership opportunities with external organisations.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with asylum seekers or refugees in a voluntary or paid capacity.
* Experience providing advice, advocacy, and culturally sensitive support.
* Experience creating support plans and completing needs assessments.
* Experience and knowledge of working with people with complex/multiple support needs.
* Experience supporting refugees in the UK.
* Understanding of safeguarding in relation to vulnerable adults.
* Full, valid driving licence and access to own vehicle for work purposes.
An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken for successful applicants, after their prior consent.
