Description As a Media Manager for Chase and J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you’ll be responsible for delivering effective, insight-driven ATL media campaigns in the UK. The role balances campaign execution with strategic input, working closely with our media agency, internal channel owners and the central media team. You’ll ensure our media plans are well integrated, locally relevant and support our broader brand and business objectives. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the VP, ATL Media Strategy and Planning. Job Responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel media campaigns across all ATL touchpoints in partnership with our media agency and internal teams. Support managing the day-to-day media agency relationship to ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery. Work closely with the UK Marketing Campaigns teams to bring campaign strategies to life and ensure channel requirements are reflected in briefs and assets are delivered on time. Collaborate with internal channel owners to align plans, share insights and coordinate end-to-end execution. Monitor the UK media market and trends; test and learn new channels and formats where relevant. Review campaign impact and results regularly, recommending optimisation and updates to media plans based on insight. Ensure brand safety, suitability and governance standards; apply central media policies across planning, approvals and execution. Drive effective project management so plans and placements go live on time and to quality. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience planning and executing national, multi-channel media campaigns in the UK. Broad ATL experience, including TV, OOH, print, audio, cinema, sponsorships, and digital channels. Proven track record coordinating media agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver multi-channel plans at scale. High data literacy and comfort interpreting insights to inform channel allocation and optimisation. Strong project management skills. Able to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders and timelines simultaneously. Curiosity for the UK media landscape, audiences, formats and emerging trends. Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration skills. Advantageous: experience with European ATL markets. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience on both agency and client-side media teams. University degree with a marketing focus (or equivalent experience).
