Specialist Chemotherapy Nurse
Salary: £40,500 - £44,500

What you'll do
We're looking for NMC-registered RGN Nurses to support patients receiving oncology therapies. You'll carry out a clinical assessment of their needs, train them (or their carer) to self-medicate and make sure their home is suitable for IV oncology treatment.
You'll be providing support over the phone, at a clinic and at the patient's home. When you're with the patient in person, you'll change dressings, administer IV oncology medications and complete blood transfusions (or arrange for them to be performed by a qualified nurse).
In essence, you'll be the bridge between the patient and their hospital, providing professional care. Whatever the task and wherever you are, you'll put the patient at the heart of your work.
Who you are
