Key Responsibilities
Inspect fire doors across commercial and residential buildings to ensure compliance and safety.
Assess door condition, hardware, seals, frames, and functionality.
Identify issues, document findings, and recommend maintenance, repairs, or replacements.
Test doors for proper operation, including closing and latching performance.
