Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Production, will be a key partner across the Worldwide Commercialisation Excellence teams and markets. The role aims to create a single point of contact for operational execution across all omnichannel campaigns for brands promoted in European, APAC, and ICON Markets.
The role involves tactical planning and execution based on established omnichannel strategies for priority product/brand launches and in-life portfolios. The Senior Manager ensures plans are executed with quality, accuracy, urgency, and on time. Expertise in project management, digital marketing execution, and stakeholder collaboration is essential for driving successful campaign outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
* Manage the tactical execution plan for assigned markets.
* Partner with Omni Channel Strategists and brand teams to understand marketing campaigns and guide production and execution of marketing assets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, schedule, and execute campaigns following BMS standards.
* Develop and manage content timelines.
* Ensure content delivery across all channels as planned.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
* Act as SME for tools, platforms, operating models, and processes used in project management and workflows.
* Lead status meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
* Prioritize multiple tasks to support brand strategies efficiently.
* Identify and drive process improvements and innovation initiatives.
* Manage vendor relationships and optimize workflows using Agile methodologies.
* Analyze marketing data for trends and opportunities.
* Implement industry best practices and stay informed on emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Experience
* 3-5 years in digital marketing operations within a large, complex organization.
* 3+ years in omnichannel marketing management, campaign planning, and budget tracking.
* 3+ years of project management experience.
* Experience with content management systems, marketing assets, templates, and workflows.
* Experience managing external vendors.
* Strong understanding of marketing performance data.
* Proficiency in Veeva CRM; experience with Workfront, JIRA, eWizzard, and SFMC is a plus.
* Knowledge of taxonomy and content tagging; familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize effectively.
* Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
* Quick learner of internal platforms, models, and processes.
Languages
Fluency in English AND either Spanish or Italian is required. Additional language skills are an advantage.
