Job Summary
We are seeking a Private Client Tax Partner in Trowbridge to manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, delivering personal tax advisory, trust and estate planning, and compliance services. You will provide strategic guidance, lead client relationships, and develop and mentor a team of tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise HNW clients on personal tax, trusts, estate planning, and wealth structuring
* Oversee personal and trust tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
* Lead business development and strengthen existing client relationships
* Mentor and develop the tax team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
* Keep abreast of UK tax legislation changes and provide proactive advice to clients
About You
* CTA-qualified with extensive experience advising HNW clients
* Deep knowledge of IHT, CGT, trusts, residence & domicile, and family investment companies
* Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring experience
* Proven business development track record and excellent client relationship skills
* Commercially minded, proactive, and strategic in your approach
