Polar Dry Ice Cleaning Limited are a commercial cleaning contractor based in West Sussex. We are currently looking for 2 highly motivated and efficient Trainee Cleaning Operative's to join our fast growing business. Onsite training will be provided to the successful candidates, all that is required is a willingness to learn, great time keeping skills and the ability to work to plan. This is a great opportunity for someone to join us at a time of promising expansion.

Responsibilities:
* To carry out internal and external commercial cleaning using our specialist cleaning systems (blast cleaning, shot blasting and DOFF cleaning)
* To attend any and all training that the company requires for you to carry out
* To commute to and from site using fleet vehicle (full, clean driving licence required)
* To liaise with customers whilst on site, managing expectations of the customer and ensuring great customer service is delivered at all times
* To have the ability to learn and understand health and safety restrictions and plans
Requirements:
* A full clean driving licence (essential)
* Blast Cleaning/Shot Blasting/Jet Washing experience (desirable)
* To live close to BN17 postcode (within a short travelling distance)
* CSCS card (desirable)
* First Aid Certificate (desirable)
* Understanding of health and safety on commercial work sites and its importance of upholding standards (required)
* experience of managing a small team (desirable)
* Willingness to learn and undertake job specific training, first aid and health and safety related training.
* Able to work as part of a successful team and to undertake all parts of works required as the individual tasks require
* To be a valued member of the business, and coming forward with suggestions to assist in the improvement of the overall of the business
* To attend company wide meetings when required
* Ability to manage your time efficiently
* Willingness to travel the breadth of the country, with some overnight stays as required to fulfil our contracts for our clients
