Due to continued growth, Livingston Building Services is actively recruiting Ventilation Engineers in Scotland.
We are looking for experienced trade engineers who can work well on their own initiative and as part of a team. With a proactive outlook and the ability to work safely at all times, successful candidates will also possess effective communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally with colleagues and client representatives, providing a professional service that meets our client’s requirements. It is also vital that any applicants are conversant with current regulations and standards and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Successful candidates will be working across a mixture of sectors including retail, banking, commercial office, industrial sectors and should have at least 3 years of previous experience in this area. Applicants must have valid CSCS/skills card and hold full relevant qualifications.
* Valid CSCS /Skills Card
* Recognised Apprenticeship in Sheet Metal / Fabrication and Welding
* Full clean driving licence.
* Previous experience working within commercial projects / minimum 3 years qualified experience.
Preferable but not compulsory:
* PASMA certification
* IPAF Certification
