Our client, a national support charity, is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant (2 days per week / Remote - Hybrid London Occasional Travel) for an initial 3-month contract to lead an internal project. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Services and Head of Engagement, you will design a framework to measure the impact of the charitys work and capture learning from its delivery.

Responsibilities include:
Developing a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework, establishing baseline KPIs and adaptable evaluation tools for different projects and funding requirements.
Ensuring the monitoring and evaluation framework aligns with the new case management system and its reporting functions.
Establishing protocols for regular evaluations (e.g. six-monthly and post-programme).
Providing guidance on user engagement measurement.
About you:
Extensive monitoring and evaluation experience within the charitable or third sector.
A proven track record of developing M&E frameworks from inception.
Strong understanding of impact measurement methodologies.
Ability to present findings clearly to a range of audiences, including funders, trustees, and beneficiaries.
