About the Role:
We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic and nurturing Deputy Manager to support the leadership of our nursery. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and education, leading by example and inspiring your team every day.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day running of the nursery in line with our child-led ethos
* Lead and motivate staff, modelling outstanding practice and reflective thinking
* Support planning, safeguarding, and curriculum development across the setting
* Work in partnership with parents, staff, and external agencies
* Step up in the absence of the Manager to ensure continuity and compliance
You'll Need:
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
* A sound understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive practice
* Confidence in supporting and mentoring others
* A warm, approachable and proactive leadership style
