Are you a recent graduate looking to begin a rewarding career in education? We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) to join primary schools in the Fareham area, supporting teachers and inspiring pupils to reach their potential.

What you’ll be doing
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
* Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils who need extra support
* Helping to prepare learning materials and organise classroom activities
* Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and good behaviour
* Observing experienced teachers and learning best classroom practice
