The Opportunity
We're seeking a Concierge Executive to support our Luxury Travel Specialists in delivering seamless, personalised holidays for our discerning clients.
In this client-facing role, you'll play a key part in ensuring every detail of the journey is perfectly arranged—from exclusive activities and spa bookings to restaurant reservations and VIP airport services. Your exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail will help deliver a concierge service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively contact clients to offer tailored concierge services, especially during peak travel periods.
* Book and confirm all concierge components, ensuring accurate documentation and supplier communication.
* Handle outbound calls to introduce concierge offerings and follow up on special requests (e.g., spa, activities, restaurant reservations).
* Liaise with suppliers to collect information and resolve invoice discrepancies.
* Produce client booking confirmations and invoices with added concierge elements.
* Manage pre-payment actions and raise VCCs for concierge payments.
* Maintain accurate client profiles and update Galileo with relevant travel details.
* Book UK Lounge & Fastrack services where applicable.
* Provide support to the Sales Support team and adhere to the buddy system during absences.

Technical Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
* Intermediate booking and processing skills.
* Experience using GDS systems, preferably Galileo.
* Strong grammatical, language, and numeracy skills.
Experience & Qualifications
* Background in Sales Support or administrative roles within the travel industry.
* GCSE Grade A–C in Maths and English.
* Word processing/typing proficiency.
