This established and growing business is looking to add a part-time (30 hours / week) Bookkeeper to their finance team. You will have the opportunity to play a proactive role to ensure the continued success of the business by providing day-day financial support to the MD and owner. Working with a Head of Finance and a Credit Controller my client the Bookkeeper will bring experience and high standards to this growing SME. Benefits Free parking Flexible working day / week available What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role: Reconciliation of bank statements and ensuring information is correct on Sage Process and reconcile all monthly expenses Submit VAT returns Accurately record all customer transactions on the system Required Skills and Qualifications: AAT qualification preferred but not essential (you may be QBE) Excellent knowledge of statutory responsibilities, deadlines and compliance Good IT and systems knowledge to include Excel, Sage & Xero Detail oriented and possessing strong communication skills This is a 30 hour / week role and office based, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £32,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience.
