To do this, you will need the following:
* Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a Valid NMC PIN
* To be a team player, ready to collaborate and work closely with multifunctional teams
* To be self-aware, seeking support and advice when required
* Good listening and rapport building ability
* To be able to organize and prioritise your time
* Caring nature, dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care

About Stockton Hall
Our services have produced excellent recovery results for those who stay with us, enabling them to progress to low secure or locked rehabilitation if possible. We run a therapeutic programme to help patients develop coping strategies, increase skills and resilience, and access the community to maximise their recovery potential.
We are able to support people with:
Complex mental health needs

Substance misuse or forensic addictions
We can support people detained under the Mental Health Act (MHA).
Our LD and autism wards are NAS accredited, recognising the excellent, safe, responsive, and caring environment and practices that support patients. Care and treatment reviews highlight multiple areas of good practice, reflecting our care pathways and reduction in transitions into non-secure services.
Shift patterns:
Day shift: 7.25am-7.45pm
Night shifts: 7.25pm-7.45am
Induction:
If successful, you will complete a full two-week induction, occurring on the first two weeks of each month. If you need to give notice at your current job, we recommend waiting until we can confirm a start date for a smooth transition.
