What Success Looks Like In This Role
* Deliver high-quality geotechnical solutions from concept through to construction
* Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in a growing, energetic geotechnical team – getting hands‑on and leading technical input across exciting and diverse projects in the UK and internationally.
Your Work Will Span The Whole Project Lifecycle, Including
* Desk studies, ground investigations, and site supervision
* Geotechnical analysis and design (foundations, retaining structures, slopes, earthworks)
* Reporting, risk assessment, and solution-focused engineering
* Regular site visits and short periods of site-based work

What You’ll Bring
You’ll bring a passion for geotechnics and:
* A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a geotechnical discipline
* 2+ years’ experience in consultancy and working toward Chartership
* Experience managing & supervising ground investigations
* Working knowledge of UK design codes (including EC7) and geotechnical design practice
* Strong communication & MS Office skills
* A willingness to travel and engage in site-based work
* A full driving licence
