Responsibilities
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the smooth running of food production and service.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as necessary to ensure availability.
* Implement best practices in food handling, storage, and preparation to minimise waste and ensure quality.
* Engage with guests to receive feedback on food quality and service, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
