Essential Criteria
* Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst.
* Experience in building data dashboards and analyzing data for key performance indicators.
* Ability to work with data analysis tools and translate complex workforce data into reports and presentations.
Role Responsibilities
* Lead collection and analysis of workforce data from sources such as Oracle Cloud, surveys, and evaluations.
* Support data-driven decision making and provide insights to the People and Culture team.
* Identify trends and opportunities for workforce improvement through data analysis.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.
About You
* Experience as a Senior Data Analyst with knowledge of workforce data analysis.
* Proven ability to build purpose-designed dashboards and collate data for FOI requests.
* Track key performance indicators and present trends to inform strategies.
