At Aspire People, we are looking for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in North Manchester. This school is looking for someone who is confident and adaptable, able to work across various key stages, and provide one-to-one support for pupils with SEND.

What We're Looking For:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in supporting pupils with SEND needs
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and its delivery
* An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
* A passion for inclusive education and fostering student success
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support for students with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and meet their individual learning needs
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
* Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students
* Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance
* Promote students' personal, social, and academic development in line with the school's ethos
