We are looking for a reliable and proactive Gardener / Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the outdoor areas and assist with general property upkeep. The role involves gardening and maintenance as well as basic building checks to ensure the premises remains clean, safe, and well-presented. Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence
Key Responsibilities
* General gardening duties including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, and planting
* Leaf blowing and keeping outdoor areas tidy
* Basic property maintenance and upkeep
* Testing fire alarms and reporting any issues
* Carrying out routine checks around the property
* Must have a Full UK Drivers Licence
