The role We are working with a welcoming and inclusive 11–18 secondary school serving pupils from a range of local communities. The school places strong emphasis on pastoral care, inclusivity, and positive relationships, making this an excellent setting for a Learning Support Assistant who wants to make a real impact. You’ll be supporting students across KS3–KS5, working both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils to engage with learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence in the classroom.
