£27,357 per annum dependent on experience - weekly pay
Based in Aston, Birmingham
Experience and Duties required of a Senior Operator
* Engineering/Manufacturing background preferred
* Manufacturing / production experience
* Setting up machines prior to shift start
* Check quality of work being manufactured
* Assist production operatives where needed
* Provide operator development and training
* Cover team leaders when required
* Monitoring section and operator targets
* Complete daily record sheets
