Sales Account Manager Location : Hull Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary : Dependent on experience If you are passionate and experienced Sales Account Manager, this could be an exciting new opportunity for you Job Purpose To provide a dedicated, professional service to customers. This role is crucial in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. In this role you would be an office based representative for Flexipol and would be vital in maintaining and enhancing our reputation by providing an excellent service and offering support. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and develop designated customer base and advise on new products and materials Make personal visit to existing and potential customers for sales and technical queries Provide excellent customer service to a range of customers and key accounts Providing customers with documentation requested Updating the system with customer information Responding to customer enquiries Raising customer orders and sending customer order acknowledgements Raising customer trials and making samples Raising customer complaints and consulting with commercial team Monitoring the sales department open complaint tasks and ensuring they are completed to a timely manner To schedule regular customer service review meetings with existing business Ensuring all customer finance queries are resolved by liaising with Finance team and attending credit control meetings Communicating courteously over the phone and via email with customers Attend training required to further develop skills and knowledge A Few Things About You: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality Customer service focus Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively Experience Required: At least 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management A good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Ideally would have experience of CRM Software A proficient level of mathematical skills to be able to calculate percentages/product weights/prices etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent administration skills When You'll Be Working: You will be working a 37.5 hour week between Monday to Thursday 08:30am to 17:00pm, Friday 08:30am to 15:30pm with 45 minute lunch break.
