Main Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve all products and food items according to pre-agreed specifications.
* Conduct pre-service checks of the kitchen, ensuring all items are checked and accounted for 4 hours prior to the match, including starters, soups, mains, desserts, cheese boards, pies, and peas.
* Ensure all food items for service are present, properly portioned, and adhere to instructions from Head & Executive Chefs.
* Use equipment correctly and adhere to safety guidelines.
* Maintain the quality of food preparation, production, and presentation.
* Follow standards set by the Executive Head Chef.
* Keep preparation areas clean and organized at all times.
* Maintain a presentable appearance in kitchens and public areas.
* Perform post-service cleanup as required.
* Attend all necessary training sessions.
* Ensure all food is served hot and well-presented on time.
* Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations at all times, completing all required forms.
* Minimize wastage.
* Return all food leftovers to the production kitchen.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Chef.
* Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards.
* Flexible working patterns.
