Job Title: Engineering Manager Location: Leicsteshire Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year Hours: Monday – Friday, Days We are a dynamic food manufacturing business based in Leicestershire, and we are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join us at an exciting time. This is a unique opportunity to lead a small but critical team and ensuring our operations run smoothly. The Role As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the entire Engineering side of the business, maintaining machinery and equipment across both sites, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support production growth.
