Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Strategy
* Define KPIs with clients, ensuring targets are met within budget.
* Create roles and responsibilities tailored to service requirements.
* Analyze store and activity performance, working with insights teams for data-driven strategies.
* Leverage experience to establish trust as an advisor.
Leadership
* Inspire and develop Account Managers and team members to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
* Foster a dynamic team environment through development plans and training.
* Ensure team understands and embraces client’s strategy and objectives.
* Recruit and onboard top talent, creating strategies for coverage in vacant territories.
* Host team meetings and field days to identify training needs and boost retention.
Performance
* Develop KPIs aligned with client goals.
* Create monthly reports to demonstrate performance against KPIs.
* Drive activity plans to enhance performance.
* Use league tables, case studies, incentives, and newsletters for motivation.
Client Relationship Development
* Spend time at the client’s offices to align on results and strategies.
* Build key relationships within the client’s organization.
* Organize reviews and business development meetings.
* Understand client goals, challenges, and budgets for sustainable partnerships.
* Work with sales and marketing to uncover additional opportunities.
Reporting, Insight & Evaluation
* Provide accurate, timely reports on KPIs and performance.
* Promote insight products to improve client results.
* Analyze data to extract insights that optimize outcomes.
* Collaborate with insight teams for actionable recommendations.
* Create case studies showcasing achievements.
Financials
* Develop and manage budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Manage costs and track expenditures.
* Ensure timely invoicing and adherence to purchase order procedures.
Communications
* Participate in management meetings and client reviews.
* Refine operational standards and identify new support opportunities.
* Lead projects ensuring timely delivery within budget.
* Communicate organizational values clearly to the team.
* Share best practices across teams.
