The objective of the role is to proactively manage the staffing process, identify issues affecting staffing performance, work alongside the Lead Staffing Manager and Practice leadership team to develop solutions, working with a wide variety of stakeholders, to maintain and enhance the Practice in ensuring Application Practices and Insights & Data UK meets their financial and non‑financial targets.

Hybrid Working
The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and home; you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Responsibilities
* Respond to staffing requests from Project and Programme Managers, Account and Business Development Managers, and Staffing Managers both within and outside Apps Practices and Insights & Data.
* Own requests for your skills areas, identify appropriate candidates, liaise with Capability Leads, submit CVs to the requestor, and coordinate discussions between candidates and requestor.
* Keep requestor, candidates and Capability Leads updated on status.
* Update GTD (Whoz) to reflect opportunities in the forecast.
* Actively seek placement opportunities for resources coming available by building relationships within Market Units and with other Staffing Managers.
* Identify open opportunities in the Global demand tool GTD (Whoz) and place consultants into roles, balancing their development needs with the needs of the business.
* Provide Management Information to Business Unit Heads, Capability Leads, Business Operation Managers and Consultants.
* Maintain resourcing tools; update GTD (Whoz) Supply with resource project forecasts, drive utilization MI, maintain GTD Talent Requests with status notes, start/end date amendments, and timely closure of demands when staffed or cancelled.
* Managing staffing activities under supervision of more senior Staffing Managers.

* Highly resilient, able to handle pressure with good organizational skills.
* Strong understanding of the practice objectives, delivery models and key skills.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
Security Clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks are required. No nationality or residency restrictions, but if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required. Other criteria and checks are required for BPSS.
