Edward Mellor Auctions is looking for a highly organised, proactive Sales Support professional to join our busy and dynamic auction team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their role, and wants to play a key part in driving auction success. You will be the backbone of the sales operation, supporting valuers, managing leads, maintaining strong relationships with partner agents, and ensuring properties progress smoothly from enquiry through to listing and sale. Key Responsibilities Taking valuation leads and accurately logging all information on the CRM Optimising conversion of leads by monitoring and managing the CRM system Tracking and allocating valuations to the team Creating and nurturing strong relationships with our partner agents Supporting partner agents throughout the auction process Assisting with listings, creating brochures and descriptions Organising and assisting with photos, 360 tours and floorplans Ensuring each listing has correct information Sending out contracts to clients Assisting with compliance checks alongside the admin team Helping with legal packs by chasing solicitors and vendors Correctly maintaining spreadsheets Double-checking accuracy of all listings and documentation Supporting valuers with day-to-day tasks Handling last-minute requirements such as viewings or meeting vendors to sign contracts Providing ad-hoc support where required in a fast-moving auction environment About You The ideal candidate will be extremely organised with strong attention to detail and be a confident communicator, both written and verbal. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be proactive, adaptable, and willing to get stuck in wherever needed. Strong IT skills are essential, with confidence using CRM systems and spreadsheets as part of day-to-day work. Previous experience in property, estate agency, or auctions would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right candidate. Why Join Edward Mellor Auctions?
