We manage fast-growing digital creators across multiple platforms and are looking for a highly capable, creative, and adaptable Creator Operations & Growth Assistant to join our team.
This role combines content creation support, sponsorship research, project management, and AI-powered workflow execution.
We are not looking for a basic VA.
We are looking for someone who thinks, solves, and executes.
Role Overview
You will support creators by:
- Increasing content output
- Improving operational organization
- Identifying brand partnership opportunities
- Using AI to move faster and smarter
- Managing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
You will work directly with leadership and creators in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Content & Creative Responsibilities
- Write engaging captions and social media posts
- Research trends and generate content ideas
- Use AI tools to generate creative assets and images
- Assist with storyboarding and content planning
- Organize content calendars
Sponsorship & Growth Support
- Research potential sponsors aligned with each creator
- Maintain outreach lists and sponsorship trackers
- Draft initial outreach messages
- Organize media kits and partnership documents
- Track campaign deliverables and deadlines
Operations & Project Management
- Manage tasks in ClickUp
- Maintain structured Google Drive systems
- Update calendars and scheduling
- Track KPIs in Google Sheets
- Communicate daily via Discord
- Use TimeDoctor during working hours
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong social media copywriting ability
- AI tool proficiency (image generation + workflow use)
- Project management experience
- Excellent written English
- High adaptability and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and take initiative

Experience with AI image generation tools is required (Does not need to be professional experience)

Work Setup
- Remote
- Start as Part-Time, then move into Full-time
- Stable internet connection required
