Job Title: UK Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £29,500k
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hrs per week
To provide timely and accurate processing of UK sales requests and administration support within the Sales Support Team. With a focus on despatch and shipment of our products.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor production status of products to support customer delivery requirements and company monthly revenue targets
* Provide down payment invoices to customers in advance of goods completion
* Arrange delivery of products to customers and process final invoicing in a timely manner
* Ensure all vehicles are road legal and registered to the correct details
* Support the existing Sales & Service Administration team where required with general administrative duties and answering phones
* Take and resolve telephone and written queries
* Provide cover for colleagues during absence
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, including a clear desk policy, paying attention to health and safety issues
* Any other duties deemed appropriate by the Company
Required Skills & Experience
* Good telephone manner
* Experience in a fast-moving sales and/or customer service environment
* Experience with SAP system
* Basic computer packages, excel, word, PowerPoint
* Well-spoken and easy to communicate with others at all levels
* Be professional and work as part of a team
* Will need to be organised, diligent and work well under pressure and be flexible
