Clear Point Recruitment are a thriving Recruitment Consultancy based in Durham. Everything we do centres on providing services of the highest level to both our clients and candidates. We pride ourselves on our efficient procedures and solutions, but we continually strive for improvement in order to deliver results more effectively.

We are currently expanding our team and we are looking for an experienced recruiter who can come into the business and hit the ground running.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying prospective opportunities to increase sales activity.

Experience required :

A proven track record of delivering results in a recruitment environment. This is also a warm desk with a wealth of clients and candidates to contact and build relationships with. There will be opportunities for you to place candidates and work with clients across the whole of the UK region. You will get support, training and have career progression from day 1. We have a transparent career progression road map and encourage people to develop and be successful!
