Working within Specialist Children’s Services in Greater Glasgow and Clyde, which encompasses Community Paediatrics, CAMHS & Acute Paediatrics, you will be committed to addressing the health and wellbeing needs of children, young people and their families. You will work in multidisciplinary teams whose aim is to provide high quality support, assessment and interventions in line with evidence‑based practice and national policies or agendas.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Providing professional leadership to community paediatric nursing and contributing to the wider senior management team.
 * Leading and transforming services and pathways, working collaboratively with a wide range of disciplines and service managers to deliver shared goals.
 * Ensuring quality, assurance and patient safety remain at the heart of service delivery.
 * Promoting person‑centred and innovative thinking and practice.
 * Maintaining professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and ensuring best practice in care planning and delivery.
 * Supporting CPD, reflective practice and supervision to maximise patient experience, safety and outcomes.
Qualifications and experience:
 * Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
 * Relevant experience in planning and providing person‑centred, outcome‑based care within a community paediatrics setting.
 * Proven track record in innovation and leading transformation of services or pathways.
 * Excellent communication skills with children, young people, families and partner agencies.
 * Knowledge of integrated care, national policies and service coordination.
