Role: Sales Account Manager
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the UK and Ireland. This involves developing existing accounts as well as finding new business. The successful candidate should demonstrate a 'hunter' attitude and be creative in generating new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Carry out responsibilities delegated by the Sales Manager to achieve the overall sales target for the UK.
* Maintain constant and effective communication and collaboration with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
* Assist with marketing efforts such as trade shows and messaging.
* Support SENKO's efforts to develop its presence in new market segments and regions.
* Support ongoing sales efforts in areas like consumables, test equipment, and polishing equipment.
* Provide product training, share product knowledge through meetings, presentations, and updates on new developments and technology.
* Provide sales reports, forecasts, and other materials as requested by the Sales Manager.
* Travel to meet and grow the customer base and support team members.
* Attend trade shows, conduct market research, and stay updated on new technology.
* Be a strong team player with a holistic view, not just focused on single sales events.
