If you're an experienced Solutions Architect with strong CRM expertise and a passion for large-scale digital transformation, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of enterprise technology for a nationally recognised organisation in the sporting sector.
THE COMPANY:
This organisation is embarking on a major digital transformation programme designed to modernise systems, improve data capability, and enhance customer engagement. You'll join during a pivotal stage in their journey, leading the replacement of a core CRM platform and helping to deliver enterprise-wide improvements in customer insight and marketing effectiveness.
THE ROLE:
As a Solutions Architect, you'll define and oversee the architecture for CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and marketing technology systems-ensuring scalable, integrated, and future-proof solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead solution design and architecture for CRM, CDP, and marketing technology platforms
* Oversee the replacement of the existing CRM system and data migration to Microsoft Dynamics
* Support the rollout of a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) for segmentation and analytics
* Translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions
* Align designs with the Enterprise Architecture strategy and long-term technology roadmap
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Solutions Architect will bring:
* 5-10 years' experience in Solutions Architecture
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Proven ability to engage effectively with business and non-technical stakeholders
* Experience working with external implementation partners
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
* Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Emarsys or similar)
* Background in large-scale digital transformation projects
