AFTER SALES ADVISOR : MANUFACTURING role at TipTopJob. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced After Sales expert to join an established business that offers a varied role with fresh challenges and a rewarding career. The role also offers a very competitive salary, generous holiday entitlements and a company pension and life assurance after a qualifying period. This is a site-based role at Boston, Lincolnshire. You will support the After Sales Manager and be an integral part of the team supplying trencher parts and service in the UK and globally. The business designs and manufactures heavy duty machinery for the growing international pipeline and cable trenching industries. The bespoke machines use high horsepower diesel engines to power a hydrostatic drive system with intelligent machine management and control systems.
Responsibilities
* You will take customer calls for spare parts and process the orders.
* Where technical support is required, you will log the customer request and direct it to the right person.
* You will administer the web-based Dealer Portal for overseas dealers, which includes technical updates, service bulletins and warranty claims.
* You will be an integral part of the team supplying trencher parts and service in the UK and globally, supporting the After Sales Manager.
Qualifications
* A background in engineering, manufacturing or a customer service environment would be beneficial but not essential because training will be provided.
* You must be methodical, reliable, and have excellent attention to detail.
* In addition, you\'ll need the following skills and experience:
* Excellent relationship, communication and organisational skills.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and other computer applications.
* Detailed and accurate approach to documentation.
* Extensive on-the-job training will be given from the start for the right person.
