An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full‑time Telephonist to join our busy team based at Regent Point.
Shift pattern will be discussed in the interview. Various shifts include weekend shifts & late shifts: Early 08:00‑16:00; Late 13:30‑21:30.
Interview Date: Friday 30 January 2026.
Hours: 37 hours 30 minutes per week.

Responsibilities
* Operate a PC‑based switchboard to provide an efficient and effective service to both internal and external callers, communicating effectively with confidence and enthusiasm.
* Remain calm, concise, and polite under pressure.
* Operate a single service to support the Trust and its agencies, answering all calls for the Trust (Freeman, CAV Acute Services RVI and all community services) and connecting calls to the caller’s requirements using available resources (extensions, DECT, pagers, mobiles, and home numbers).
* Respond to all emergency alarms and contact appropriate personnel.
