Job Description
This role is a 12-month Placement Year starting in Summer 2026.
Responsibilities
* Assist in design reviews & meetings; rack and de‑rack showroom and take notes.
* Book DHLs and collect parcels for the team.
* Support the design team with trend research.
* Support the design team with tech packs across brands & product categories.
* Assist in fit sessions; type comments and prepare samples ahead of sessions.
* Sample management: ensure samples are put away after fit sessions & meetings, keeping the sample cupboards tidy and organised.
* Responsible for purchasing bought samples and managing office expenses.
* Keep seasonal range boards up to date with correct CADs & style information.
* Ensure office suppliers are stocked and order / replenish when needed.
* Generally support the team with tasks & workflow.
Qualifications
* Studying towards a relevant Design/Fashion Degree and able to complete this as a Sandwich Year.
* Some experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
* Experience working within a similar team environment.
* A keen interest in fashion design & development.
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
* A positive approach to tasks and challenges.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to be based at our London office for the duration of the placement.
