About the role
We are looking for a motivated Associate Solicitor, to join our dynamic Commercial and Agricultural Property team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high‑quality, complex commercial property matters within a reputable and growing firm.
Responsibilities
* Proactive management of a complex portfolio of clients whilst anticipating their specific needs.
* Use of specialist skills to enhance the client experience in Commercial Property.
* Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team with their caseloads.
* Support Head of Department and Partners with their client work and with specific management responsibilities.
Qualifications
* A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 4+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
Skills
* A strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
* A commercially astute and strategic thinker, capable of offering sound legal advice aligned with clients' business goals.
* An interest in Agriculture is desirable, but not essential.
