Hybrid: Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm

Your Role
As a Team Administrator, you will report to the Team Administration Manager and help ensure smooth communication across departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Registering attendees for conferences using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Raising delegate and sponsorship invoices using Xero accounting software
* Collaborating with the Accounts Manager to ensure accurate invoice data
* Writing delegate visa support letters (templates provided)
* Assisting with expense processing for key executives
* Sending weekly updates to the Head of Design with sponsor and partner logo changes
* Organising client entertainment days, including invitations and RSVPs
* Managing office logistics, such as supplies and cleanliness
* Handling low-volume calls and recognising spam
* Planning and organising summer and Christmas parties
* Covering for the Team Administration Manager during holidays
* Completing general administrative tasks as needed

* A multitasker with a keen eye for detail
* Strong computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
* Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision and autonomy
