Enable Therapy Services is seeking an exceptional Head of Case Management to lead our dedicated team in delivering outstanding rehabilitation services. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining strategic oversight, clinical excellence, and operational innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Professional Behaviours
 * Be an inspirational role model, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
 * Provide expert guidance and support across the ETS team, ensuring high standards of practice and ethical service delivery.
 * Promote ETS positively within the rehabilitation marketplace and identify commercial opportunities for growth.
Quality Assurance & Clinical Governance
 * Lead the Senior Management Team in delivering safe, effective services.
 * Maintain robust governance systems and ensure compliance with HCPC, RCOT, NICE, ISO9001:2015 and GDPR.
 * Collaborate on incident reporting, complaints, and audits, embedding lessons learned into practice.
Service Management & Development
 * Monitor team capacity and lead recruitment to support growth.
 * Develop and refine services to meet evolving client and business needs.
 * Ensure SOPs are current and implemented effectively across the team.
 * Lead safeguarding interventions and emergency responses with confidence and care.
Professional Development
 * Champion CPD and maintain strong links with CMSUK, VRA, IRCM and other industry bodies.
 * Mentor and develop specialist roles within the Case Management team.
 * Share best practice and collaborate across the Premex Group to enhance service delivery.
Clinical Practice
 * Manage a small caseload to maintain clinical expertise.
 * Apply advanced reasoning to complex cases and delegate effectively.
 * Collaborate with external agencies to meet client needs and maintain accurate records to support invoicing and value for money.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
 * Degree in Occupational Therapy
 * HCPC registration & RCOT membership
 * Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
 * Proven leadership in complex case management
 * Strong clinical governance and report writing skills
