Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Solicitor based in Wirral. The role involves handling a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a focus primarily being around property and enforcement.
Salary dependant upon experience, generous package of benefits including flexi scheme.
This role may suit someone who is currently dealing with litigation within the context of personal injury, but wishes to retrain into other areas of litigation.
Qualifications
* Solicitor or equivalent
* Strong expertise in Litigation and the Civil Procedure Rules
* A Proven track record of running a litigated case load
* Experience in property matters would be of assistance but is not vital (training provided)
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
