Automotive Bodyshop Workshop Controller Required in Camberley, Surrey
1. Hours: 45 hours per week Monday - Friday + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings on a rotational basis
2. Pay: Up to £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Our Client a family run Crash Repair Workshop in the Camberley area is currently looking to hire an experienced Workshop Controller with a good eye for customer service to join their personable Crash Repair Customer Management team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for an employer who identifies and recognises the Bodyshop Workshop Controller are often underpaid / miss treated in terms of working conditions, lack of support from their management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Bodyshop Technical Staff, the workflow, and overall efficiency of the crash repair workshop team and working closely with their Vehicle Damage Assessor and Senior Management team who advises on time and cost of vehicle repair. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such, the rewards and working conditions set them apart from other Accident Repair Centre's in their local area.

9. Dealing with any customer issues and managing complaints.
10. Able to work to agreed time-scales, working skilfully under pressure.
11. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
12. Lead and work as part of a team, as well as having the initiative to work with minimal supervision
13. Have a flexible approach with high standards for customer satisfaction.
